30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Our return policy at FredericRemingtonArt.com is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your bronze sculpture within 30 days of delivery, please contact us.  We will send the carrier back to your location to pick up your packaged bronze and issue a refund, minus shipping.   Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Customer will receive a refund minus outbound and inbound (return) shipping charges on items up to 100lbs.  For items over 100 lbs., please call for instructions.  A return authorization is required on all returns. 
 
We are committed to providing a hassle-free return and exchange experience. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we aim to make the process as simple and transparent as possible, so you can shop with confidence.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Please open and inspect delivery upon receipt.  While rare, occasionally there can be damage during the shipping process.  Please contact us if your bronze arrived damaged within 3 days of delivery for details on replacement.

SERVICES

  • Free Ground Shipping- USA (PO Boxes are not accepted, must provide a physical address)

  • Drop Shipping- No extra charge

  • Tax Exemptions- Please call or email, we can accommodate!

  • Gift Direct Ship Service- We will ship your gift directly to your recipient, with your name as the purchaser beneath the name of the recipient on the box label. No paperwork or receipt will be included in the box or mailed to the shipping address.

  • Custom plaques available. Each additional plaque is $10 and can accommodate 2 lines, 22 characters each.​

  • Expedited Shipping- we can expedite your shipment to 3rd day, 2nd day, or overnight delivery.  (Please note, we ship Monday -Thursday).  Please contact us for a quote.

  • Turn key Pricing/Shipping Included- Sculpture and shipping charges have been calculated together to create a no nonsense, simple turn key price. No additional shipping charges will be added at check out.  In the even of a return, outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.
